His determined daughter, Vera, sets out to uncover the culprit, leading her to the enigmatic Dr. Cagliostro—a magician-mad scientist with plans for a new race of super beings. Alongside the silver-painted Frankenstein monster and the absurd bird-woman Melissa, Cagliostro commands an army of zombie-like servants.
