“We live in capitalism, its power seems inescapable – but then, so did the divine right of kings.” These iconic words were spoken at the end of 2014 by groundbreaking science fiction, fantasy and late feminist writer Ursula Le Guin. With her work – which spans almost 60 years – she introduced the world to mind bending worlds and alternative futures.
Worlds of Ursula K. Le Guin is a feature documentary exploring the remarkable life and legacy of Le Guin by director Arwen Curry. It’s produced with the writer’s own participation over the course of a decade. Her fascinating story has never before been captured on film.
