Tuisland is a film about a father who returns with his six-year-old daughter to the country where he grew up. The journey is an intimate confrontation with the places of his youth. While for the father, the past and present seem to merge, his daughter views them with fresh eyes.

Geological Evidences behandelt de onzekerheid over de positie en toekomst van de mens in relatie tot de aarde en klimaatverandering. Gefilmd in en rond een archeologische opgraving in een kolenmijn, komen de eeuwenoude drang naar calorieën—waarbij beenmerg werd gewonnen door Homo Sapiens—en de gevolgen van modern extractivisme samen.
Geological Evidences addresses uncertainty about the position and future of humans in relation to the Earth and climate change. Filmed in and around a pre-Homo sapiens archaeological excavation situated within a coal mine, the ancient drive for calories, where bone marrow was extracted, meets the aftermath of modern extractivism.

In de ‘fata morgana’ Desert is het licht de factor die het zien bepaalt. Desert maakt zich los van de empirische werkelijkheid en nestelt zich in het mentale universum van de verbeelding. Het is de geleidelijke verandering van licht die het verstrijken van de tijd aangeeft en een subtiel samenspel van kleuren en vormen oproept.
In the mirage of Desert, light is the factor that determines what can be seen. Hoover points the camera at a fictional desert landscape so that light is the only variable element. Desert breaks free of empirical reality to find its place in the mental universe of the imagination. It is the gradual changing of light that indicates the passing of time and that evokes a subtle interplay of colors and forms.
