A love story and escape movie set in an immigration removal centre. A woman named Isio is caught working without papers. Relocated and trapped inside Hatchworth Removal Centre, she learns that finding love, friendship and freedom sometimes means doing the wrong things.
Dreamers premiered at the International Berlin Film Festival Berlinale in 2025 and received appraisal from both audience as well as film critics. We proudly present the Dutch premiere of the film. In attendance of filmmaker Joy Gharoro – Akpojotor.
