Julia verhuist voor de baan van haar man naar Boekarest, waar ze zich alleen en geïsoleerd voelt. Ondertussen lukt het de politie niet om een seriemoordenaar te pakken, die in de omgeving vrouwen onthoofdt. Als snel voelt Julia zich bij de zaak betrokken en is vastbesloten om de moorden op te lossen.
Julia moves to Bucharest because of her husband’s job. Alone, she feels isolated in their huge apartment building. Meanwhile a serial killer has been decapitating women in the area with the police unable to catch him. Julia soon finds herself drawn to this case and is determined to solve the murders.
